This was my first visit to Highland Lakes Dental office in Leesburg, FL. When I arrived at the office the staff were friendly and the check in went smoothly. The Hygienist was kind, did a thorough cleaning without any discomfort. I saw Dr. Popat for my exam and she was kind and gentle. Thank you.

Today was my first appointment with Highland Lakes Dental. I was so impressed with the staff. The place is immaculate and bright. MY hygienist was great. She made me feel so comfortable. I also met the Dr. She was so understanding and caring. They don't take my insurance, but I will continue using them for my dental needs.

I had a great experience at this office today. The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. Dr. Moore was extremely thorough and took the time to explain everything clearly. Rather than rushing to a conclusion, she recommended a 3D scan so she could get a better understanding of what was going on before deciding on the best treatment plan. I really appreciated her attention to detail and her commitment to providing the best care possible. I highly recommend this office!

Dr. Nieves is NOT a good dentist. She is a GREAT dentist. I have been seeing her since 2019. I had an implant problem since 2018 as the tooth came coming off the stem. Two fixes later and failures right after the fixes she figured out the problem and fixed it permanently. She also saved me $8700 worth of work recommended by another dentist as I took a year in another state to take care of a friend and a dentist there recommended it. I came into Orlando for my nieces wedding and sought a 2nd opinion from Dr. Nieves last November who said she wouldn’t do any of the work recommended. It wasn’t needed. Thank you Doctor.

Just had my teeth cleaned on the 6 month schedule and all went great. Hygienist is very nice and efficient. There was no pain in the cleaning of the teeth and it went by very quickly. Dr Reyes came in and checked teeth and said all were good. No problems. All people working at this facility are very kind and efficient.

I had a problem with a tooth and was able to get an appointment within a couple of days. It was determined that I needed a crow due to a cracked tooth. I was able to go back later that same day for a temporary cap. Everyone was very kind & professional.

Great experience. The ladies were very accommodating when I explained about my verdigo n layingback in the chair. They explained all points about my dental issues n put forth a plan. I would recommend.

Excellent staff. I was seen at my appointment at 11 AM. I had a very thorough cleaning by the dental hygienist, Monica. Then, Dr. Nieves came in and explained the necessity of the extraction of two teeth. The office staff gave me a referral to an oral surgeon. Very nice experience. Front Desk staff are very kind and courteous. Dental Associate was friendly, patient and skilled at cleaning my teeth. Always nice to see Dr. Nieves after my cleaning. She is very kind as well.

I was recommended to Highland Lakes Dental. I don't like pain and don't go to dentist until there is a issue. I have to say that was the easiest painless fastest cleaning I had in many, many years. Staff and dentist were all so nice. OUTSTANDING!!!!

Professional and very friendly staff. Checkin was fast. Called into room soon after arrival. Xrays then visit with Dr Moore who was very friendly and thorough. Took time to explain all she saw and gave me time to ask questions. Then hygenist Monica did a very thorough cleaning. I was totally pleased with my first visit. Good job to all.
