A Few Things to Know
This plan is not insurance, and it is not a qualified plan under the ACA. Your membership must be current to receive included or discounted services. The plan runs for 12 months from the date you join, and you will receive an email reminder 45 days before your renewal date. Auto-renewal is managed through your member portal.
You can cancel your membership at any time. You will receive a full refund of membership fees paid to Clerri if your cancellation request comes within the first 30 days of your current annual term and no discounted dental services have been provided to any member on the plan during that term.
